Mentoring Girls

  • Defined - Identity Workshop for Young Ladies (grades 6-12) 

  • Eight workshops facilitated to:

  • Gain understanding on what it means to live a purposeful, mission-minded life guided by God's Word through faith as a young woman

  • Gain understanding and practicing of coping skills for wellness and resilience to challenges: journaling, stretching & breathwork, time management & goal setting, self-care, assertive communication, and conflict resolutionh
